Invalid Ue Golomb Code Opencv

Mac

I just recently used ffmpeg (version 2.8.11-0ubuntu0.16.04.1) to examine some mp4 video files I've saved with VRD (both 5.3.4.748 and the beta 5.3.80.752)

Invalid UE golomb code h264 @ 0x2328500 number of reference frames (0+5) exceeds max (4; probably corrupt input), discarding one. Although the address after the '@' varies.

I've looked at a few of the mp4 files and all of them (although it's a small sample so I'm not willing to say this always happens) get the following errors from ffmpeg:
Although the address after the '@' varies.Opencv
These files came from this process:
  • Run h264 transport stream .tivo file through VRD QuickStream Fix saving as h264 .ts (via kmttg)
  • Use VRD to manually mark cuts in the .ts file and then save to h264 .mp4
It is this .mp4 that is showing the error.
I realize that the error might originate with the original .tivo source, but shouldn't qsfix have fixed it?
I did notice this when googling, I'm not sure if it's related:
TVSuite V5 - 5.0.0.3.709 (Released 2014-10-27)
[Fix] MP4 output: Possible MP4/MKV PTS/DTS error writing packet when too many reference frames at start of file and using smart edit.

Total war warhammer radious mod. I don't have the output and the link is a private one.but I think the issue was I had ffmpeg streaming the same input to the same output file twice. Not sure, but I noticed there were two processes doing the same thing.- Original Message -Subject: Re: FFmpeg-user Invalid UE golomb with ffmpegLocal Time: December 20 2015 8:14 pmUTC Time: December 21 2015 4:14 amFrom:To:chovy protonmail.ch writes: I'm using ffmpeg to play an HLS stream, it's been working pretty well lately.
