So I have been playing a while and really have the hang of the basic stuff, and the family tree and what not. There are 2 areas I am annoyed with: buildings selection and unlocking agents.

There are always buildings that the in game building guide say I can build in x slot, but will not let me build them. And I seem to have the same choices for EVERY settlement, making it hard to diversify. Because of this, unless a new game graces me with the required chain, I cannot field certain agents. Maybe I missed something, a small button somewhere? Actually I am more annoyed at your ignorance coldsmoke. I knew that it tells you WHAT to make to make certain.
